A new report from Nielsen this week about social networking's global footprint contains an amazing stat - time spent on Facebook grew 566% between December 07 and December 08. But marketers are still trying to figure out what to do with it. Industry reports say click-thru rates on ads are poor, many marketers have fan pages but do little to optimize them.
